At Harbour Capital I built a three-statement model that informed a €15M capital-allocation decision, and I improved quarterly forecast accuracy from 84% to 95% by reworking the driver assumptions. My variance analysis flagged €300K of overspend before quarter-end, in time to act on it.
I also care about making analysis usable — I automated a monthly reporting pack, cutting its preparation from three days to one, so the team spends more time on judgement and less on assembly. I would bring that same rigour and efficiency to Anchor Capital.
